HOW TO USE WAX MELTS

Wax melts can be melted in either an electric or tea light burner. Ensure you have purchased a burner made specifically for wax melts (not an oil burner). To use, chop, scoop or break up a piece of wax and pop it into the well of your burner. Plug in your electric burner or place an unscented 4hr tealight underneath your tea light burner- you can change your tealight when it goes out. Once melted, the scent (hot throw) will be released and fill your home with scent. once this scent has stopped, its time to change your wax melt. The safest method is to soak up the melted wax with a cotton pad and throw in the bin.

 

SHIPPING
All packages are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. This is to ensure complete peace of mind for all our customers.

Ready to go orders- 7-10 working days for your products to be packaged and dispatched.

Custom orders- 7-14 working days. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. Please allow 3-5 working day for delivery, however there may be delays that we have no control over- in these cases please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery
 

OPEN BOX ORDERS

You can save on postage by choosing the open box option during checkout, this will mean your order is stored at our workshop. You can continue to shop at different times and add to your 'Box' by choosing the open box shipping option, when you are ready for your Box to be shipped, please make a final order and chose the 'Close Open Box' option and pay for postage during checkout. All previous open box orders will be posted at the same time, including your current order. If you decide you no longer want your open box order, please contact us via email and we will be happy to refund you. This request can only be processed within 60 days of the 1st open box order. There will be an Administration and Storage fee of £5 for every Open Box Refund.


REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
A refund or exchange can be processed when an item is damaged upon receipt or within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us via email contact@elianas.co.uk, you will have 14 days to return the item- unused and in its original packaging. Only after this item has been returned will a refund be issued ( a credit note or exchange may also be offered). The customer is responsible for paying for the return postage.

Please include your order number and any pictures in regards to your query.

We DO NOT accept refunds, returns or exchanges for Custom Orders, Broken wax or bath/body products.

If you are not happy with any of the wax or body products in your order, please contact us to discuss. Questions will be asked to help us better understand the situation, we may also carry out tests on the batch of products you received, after this a decision will be made.

It is at our ( Eliana's) discretion whether to refund, exchange or issue a discount code to the customer, we may also decide not to do any of the above.
